Phnom Penh, December 9, 2025, His Excellency Um Ratana was elected as the President of the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC) for the 4th Mandate (2026-2028). During the assembly of election of the new President and Council Members of the Association for the 4th Mandate (2026-2028), the active members also voted to amend the Association’s Articles of Incorporation by amending Article 14 “On Extraordinary General Meetings” and Article 17 “On Council Meetings” held at the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Main Hall, 3rd Floor.
