Ms. Sopheap obtained her Master Degree in International and Comparative Law from Lumière Lyon II University of France in 2011 and her Bachelor of Private Law from Lumière Lyon II University and Royal University of Law and Economics in 2008.
She was admitted to Bar Association of Cambodia in 2019 and as Commercial Arbitrator of National Commercial Arbitration of Cambodia in early 2020.
With approximately 13 years’ experience in legal profession where she practices in various private sector, NGO and taking part of ECCC. In private sector mainly related on corporate law and commercial contracts where she expands from multi-international companies including construction, telecom, media, service supply and distribution service of FMCG and Healthcare domain.
