Mr. Samrithisak graduated Bachelor of Law at Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and Bachelor of English at Royal University of Phnom Penh and had a great academic experience in the well-known JESSUP International Law Moot Court Competition in United States.
With variety of professional experiences, Mr. Samrithisak worked for the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) for 5 years, for RWI (humanitarian law-oriented organization) for 2 years, for British American Tobacco for 2 years and for HEINEKEN for 5 years. He also practices law at law firms and multinational companies. And now, he is practicing mainly civil and criminal litigation as well as corporate legal matters.
Mr. Samrithisak can speak Khmer and English.
