Mr. Pagna is holding a master’s degree in Global Innovation Management after obtained a scholarship of Bachelor Degree major skill in Accounting and Finance at National University of Management (NUM) in 1999 and Pagna received tax agent credential from General Department of Taxation in 2017.
Mr. Pagna had various experiences with both multinational and local companies in many fields such as Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electricity Power Energy, Beverage and Market Research & Development.
Mr. Pagna highly motivated and processed a good understanding Cambodian Law on Taxation including Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Salary Tax, VAT, Specific Tax, Public Lighting Tax etc. Specifically, Pagna possess in-depth knowledge of the accounting transactions and taxations for more than 25 years.
Mr. Pagna can speak Khmer and English.
