Mr. Chhayrath TAN, Legal Adviser
Mr. Chhayrath obtained his Master of Law in International Human Rights from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia in 2022 and his Bachelor Degree of Law in 2014.
With over 10 years of experience in the legal profession, Mr. Chhayrath is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive expertise in a wide range of legal matters. He has a strong background working in diverse, multi-cultural environments, serving clients across the Private Sector, NGOs, and public institutions and taking part of ECCC. Mr. Chhayrath’s corporate law practice encompasses a broad spectrum of services, including legal compliance, business registration, licensing, and permitting. He is well-versed in handling contracts, intellectual property (IP) matters, construction, Hospitality and media. His expertise also extends to labor and family law.
Beyond his corporate work, he has significant experience in litigation, managing both civil and criminal matters. He is highly skilled in drafting essential legal documents, including contracts, legal letters, and complaints and other submitted documents related to the court. Additionally, he has experience in court proceedings and hearings.
