Mr. Rattana UM, Attorney at law, President
Mr. Rattana obtained his Master Degree of International and Business Law from Yokohama National University (YNU), Japan in 2007 after he obtained his Bachelor of Arts (TESOL) from the Institute for Foreign Languages (IFL), the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2004 and his Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law and Economics in 1999, currently known as the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).
He has been involved legal realm and as a catalyst for the success of various private, public and legal institutions expanding from local and international non-governmental organization as well as multinational private companies to public sectors soon after obtaining his bachelors and his master degree.
He has been experienced in contract, registration, licensing, permitting, investment real estate, telecommunication, tobacco, beverage, Ips, taxation, and engagement…etc.
Given his legal credentials and experience, he is invited to provide legal lectures at various private and state universities.
Mr. Rattana can speak Khmer and English
