Ms. Theary obtained her first Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management in 2001 and later pursuing Master Degree in International Relations at Ritsumeikan University in Japan, in 2008 and a Bachelor Degree of Law at Norton University in 2024.
Following her graduation, she started work as a corporate secretary in a local firm, and later grew her experiences in various multi-nations companies handling communication, corporate and regulatory affairs.
Ms. Theary is specialized in communication, business registration, licensing, and corporate compliance.
